- After that click on “Update Family Details”.
- In the next window, the screen shows the question “Do you know the Family Identity Card (Family ID)?”
- If you know your Family Identification Number then click on “Yes” button otherwise click on “No” button
- If you know your Family ID, enter the ID in the next window. And if you do not know, then the portal will ask you to enter the Aadhaar number to find the family ID.
- If you choose to enter the Aadhaar number, the next window will display the registered mobile number for sending the OTP.
- Click on “Send OTP” button.
- Enter received OTP and captcha code and click on “Verify OTP” button
- The list of family members listed in the Family ID will be displayed.
- If you want to change the details of any family member then click on the “Edit Member” option.
- From the portal, you can also add or remove a member.
