Job Profile of Haryana Yoga Assistant 2022

The following duties are required to be performed by the newly recruited Yoga Sahayak in Haryana.

• In charge of Yogashala/ Gymnasium
• Yoga class for two hours each in the morning and evening
• Maintenance/Cleanliness of Yogashalas/Vyamshalas
• Maintenance of attendance, stores, stock, movement and account registers of Yoga participants/patients of the Yogashala.
• Submission of Activity Report to District Ayush Officer
• Yoga and naturopathy practices in Yogashala and also in villages where Yogashala does not exist
• Participation in public health programs/national programs as directed by AYUSH doctor/officer.
• To inspire general public or patients from villages about the importance of Yoga and Naturopathy and Achar Vihar in life after Yoga classes.
• Ayush Yoga Assistants will undergo training and certification courses from time to time.
• Any other duty assigned from time to time.

Preference in selection of Yoga Assistant in Haryana 2022

Preference will be given while selecting the candidates for the post of Yoga Assistant:

• resident of the same village / neighboring village
• In case the resident of the same village/adjacent village is not available then preference will be given to the resident of any other village of that district if he/she gives an undertaking that he/she will reside in the village and will be available 24*7.
• Registered able youth of that area.
• If already working as Yoga Volunteer in Sports Department till 30.11.2019.
