Haryana Skilled Employment Corporation (HKRN): Haryana Government has recently established Haryana Skill Employment Corporation Ltd. (HKRNL) with a mandate to deploy contract manpower and manpower of outsourced category services to Government Departments, Boards, Corporations, Statutory Institutions, State Universities and other agencies owned and controlled by the State Government. HKRN Portal hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in will function under the administrative control of Skill Development & Industrial Training Department, Haryana.
Haryana Government has started Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN Portal), whose objective is to fulfill all the recruitment of Contract / DC rate in Haryana. Till now, all the departments do these recruitments on their own, in which there was confusion, now HKRN Portal Through these the syntax of recruitments.

What is Haryana Skill Employment Corporation Limited
The recruitment of chart employees (DC rate) in Haryana, which was till now done through nomination, will now be done by the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation. With this step of the government, the practice of nomination in jobs will end and corruption will also reduce.
